Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will automatically apply the credit to your credit card or the original payment method. We will also notify you of your refund's approval.
Due to our offering's diversity and size, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we cannot accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage before the product arrives at your shipped to address. If a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to my Customer Care at lboczar@skapagrp.com.
